Appointment Information
  • The practice is appointment-only, as it has proven to be the most time efficient way for everyone.
  • Consultations can be booked online, by phone or by messaging us. We try our best to provide a timely service by sticking to our appointment schedule as much as possible.
  • Where possible, we try to see you on the day that you request, but it may not be feasible if late requests are made when we are booked up. We will see you at the next available appointment in that case.
Appointment Details
  • Appointments are 15 minutes for routine consultations.
  • When you phone for an appointment you may be asked to given an idea what the consultation is about or who you would like to see. This is to ensure that you are seen by the appropriate person or that your appointment is booked for an appropriate time e.g. routine blood tests normally take place in the morning to facilitate transport to the laboratory.
Staying Safe at the Surgery

When you arrive for your appointment, please check-in online through our website homepage or call (068) 32188 and wait to be called or buzzed in. Take a mask, use the hand sanitiser and respect social distancing rules. Thank you.

Cancellations

If you can’t make the booked appointment, we would be very grateful if you could please phone us to cancel so we can offer it to someone else.

Doctor / Nurses

You are free to see any doctor or nurse, but we encourage patients to see the same doctor/nurse for the same problem for consistency.

Emergencies

In the event of an emergency or a severely unwell patient, priority is given to them and there may be unavoidable delays and we ask for your understanding should this happen.

Infectious Symptoms

We also try to isolate anyone with infectious symptoms and you will be asked to check-in and then wait in your car until you are called.
